Expect the best throughout Sleepy Hollow

Once again Roosevelt High School’s English teacher and drama club sponsor, Mrs. Kittel, has prepared another top notch school play. This year the drama club will be performing a well known play, “Sleepy Hollow.”     

The story takes place where the main character, played by Zac Searle, comes into town and tries to win the heart of leading lady, played by Synee Jordan. All of this happens while trying to get through oppositions by the town bully, being played by Luke Plumb.

With creative talents throughout the cast, expect an intense show. “Sleepy Hollow,” is filled with fright, humor, and of course the love story all through the play. Also in this year’s production, expect there to be more special effects and new costuming.

With a gifted group of students from Roosevelt, this year’s drama production should be one of the best ever performed at RHS.

Fittingly, opening night of the play is Friday the 13^th of November in the RHS auditorium, which will be followed by an additional show the next day.

To get tickets to the show you can get them for $5 through the front office, any of the cast members, or at the doors on the performance nights.
